Lee Elementary School - Philadelphia, PA 19139
Starting in the morning voters at Lee Elementary School were waiting in line to vote on average between 1 1/2 hours and 2 hours. An election judge said that it was taking them approximately 1 minute to verify each person before they could vote. You do the math!
